March 2021 Paper Pumpkin

March 2021 Paper Pumpkin

All images © Stampin’ Up!

This month's Paper Pumpkin reminded me of the Mountain Air bundle from last Spring.  I love mountains and trees and sky and all of outdoors, so I especially liked this set/

The kit makes 4 each of 2 designs and comes with everything you need including envelopes and envelope inserts.  However, you can mix and match pieces and parts and make any number of beautiful projects.

For this month, I made each card as was indicated in the kit, then I made another similar card using the sponge and masks also included in the kit.

I have really enjoyed my first 2 Paper Pumpkin kits.  Next month, the Paper Pumpkin kit is called So Cool.  It appears to make ice cream treat type projects and would appeal to kids.  However, it does not appeal to me.  Just to demonstrate to you that you are not just stuck with whatever is scheduled to come, I am going to suspend my Paper Pumpkin kit for April and resume in May.

April Paper Pumpkin Preview

If this kit does appeal to you, you can definitely subscribe for 1 month or multiple months if you want an all-inclusive kit coming to your door each month.  I didn't previously realize that was an option, and I like that about Paper Pumpkin.

Last Chance Retiring Goodies

Last Chance Retiring Stampin’ Up Goodies

The 2021-2022 Stampin’ Up catalog will be available in May.  If you have purchased $50 or more from my store in the last year, you will receive it in your mailboxes in April. But before we get too excited about the new goodies, take a look at the retiring items.  The list of retiring items definitely includes some of my favorites.

https://www.stampinup.com/categories/sales-specials/last-chance-products-sale?dbwsdemoid=2166795

Take a look at the list of retiring goodies.  These items will no longer be available beginning May 4.

Please note that although all the current bundles are on the list, the individual items of the bundle may continue to be available individually (without the 10% savings of the bundle). If you need to know if the bundled items themselves are retiring, you can look to see if the bundled items are listed individually.  For example, Jar of Flowers bundle is retiring, but the Jar of Flowers stamp set and punch will remain available to be purchased separately rather than in a bundle.

If you have questions, please let me know.

Next week - be on the lookout for the March Paper Pumpkin projects!

April Cards To Go featuring Hydrangea Haven will be available April 5.  I’ll be giving you a peak at those next week also.

Have a great day!

March Cards to Go 3

March Cards to Go 3

This is the second card for the March 2021 Cards to Go featuring the Quite Curvy bundle and using paper from the Ornate Garden suite.  Today's card is very simple to cut, create and assemble, but it has just enough interesting features to make it an awesome card.  The designer paper cut with the Quite Curvy dies and the gold foil circle really appealed to me.  I hope you like it too.

You can get your Cards To Go kit by calling me or emailing me at ca_tennant@yahoo.com

The kits are $15 to make 2 each of 3 designs plus $3 postage if the kit needs mailed.

The last card for the March Cards to Go is here.  All 3 cards for this month's Cards to Go feature  the Quite Curvy bundle and use paper from the Ornate Garden suite. This card is actually my favorite of the 3 cards for this month.  I like the open edge of the front flap of the card that lets you peek through to the pretty sponged paper inside.  And those blending brushes are just fabulous for adding color to the designer paper with the gold foil images.  I hope you enjoy it too.

You can get your Cards To Go kit by calling me or emailing me at ca_tennant@yahoo.com
