I hope you have enjoyed the February Cards to Go and Paper Pumpkin.  March is coming soon!  And with the end of February comes the end of Sale-a-Bration.  Sale-a-bration gives you an opportunity to get free items for your purchase. I could not find a picture of my card using the Touch of Ink Sale-a-Bration stamp set, so you will just have to take my word for it when I say it was wonderful LOL.  Instead, I'm showing you my Darling Donkeys card.  


But, just when something ends; something else begins!  So in addition to the awsome, fun products available in the January to June mini catalog, Butterfly Bouquet is being introduced on March 2, 2021 and will be available for purchase.


For March, we will have Cards to Go featuring the Quite Curvy bundle.  So, please let me know if you are interested in those.

And, just to keep this all interesting, I have decided to do 3 more months of Paper Pumpkin.  It is as much mystery to me as it is to you what I will be doing with it, so I guess we all just wait and see.

This completes our 3 Paper Pumpkin cards for this February 2021.  I have enjoyed making them.  They gave me a break from having to design something, because all the work was done.  I very much enjoyed recreating them using suppies I have.  For me, that was the most fun.  

So Paper Pumpkin is good for crafters who don't have a stash of products but still want to make something beautiful.  Using Paper Pumpkin, you can build up a supply of stamp sets and ink spots for use on other projects. 

Paper Pumpkin is also good for an established crafter to give a break from having creative ideas.  Just put together what someone has designed, and you have a quick, easy, and beautiful card.  Of course, you can mix and match the supplies to create your very own design as well, but for me the fun part was not having to think of a design.  Everything needed is included.  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Card 2


Paper Pumpkin card 2 is here today!  This card is a lot of fun.  I really love the use of the gold embellished vellum with the floral accents and the bold greeting.  This month's Paper Pumpkin cards are focusing on sympathy.  

So, like yesterday, I wanted to see if I could make something similar with supplies from the current catalog.  I can do this, because I have a lot of supplies from the current catalog. LOL.  So, I started with the Rococo Rose.  I cut a 5 1/4" x 4" piece of vellum and stamped around the edges with versamark and gold embossed.  I used the Art Gallery stamp set to stamp the smaller flowers and die cut them and then punched out some Mossy Meadow leaves.  The Art Gallery set also has the "Just wanted to say" die cut, which I cut in Basic Black.  I did add an inside to complete my sentiment.  If you have questions or want more information, please let me know.

I got happy mail yesterday in the form of a orange box with Paper Pumpkin written on it.  As promised, I am sharing my experience with you.  Today I put together the first card.  Everything you need is in the kit for this card except scissors and adhesive.  

After I put together the card, I decided to create another similar card using my own stash of goodies so you will see what I used to do that.  Images below.

Paper Pumpkin Original - I like the gold image and the background paper.


My version using an embossing folder to create the background, Ornate layers to do the gold focal point, and Painted Lables for the sentiment.

Forever Fern Bundle 


This is the 3rd and final card for our February Cards To Go.  The Forever Fern bundle and Designer Series paper makes beautiful cards that cheer me during the bleak, gray days of winter.  The video will show you how I put the card together, but if you can use your creativity and change as desired.  


There are 6 cards in the February Cards to go (2 each of 3 designs) using the Forever Fern bundle and paper from the Stampin' Up 2020-2021 Annual catalog.  These kits are free with a $50 order in February or can be purchased for $15 (plus $3 postage if they need mailed).  As it is till Sale-a-bration, a $50 order enables you to choose something Free from the Sale-a-bration brochure.  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Reminder: Later this month, I will go on the Paper Pumpkin adventure and share with you the goodies hidden within that little red box that can come in the mail each month with a subscription.  Paper Pumpkin must be ordered by the 10th of the month and will be delivered after the 20th.  So, my Paper Pumpkin adventure with this month's Bouquet of Hope kit will be available toward the end of February.

Featuring Forever Fern Bundle


This is the 2nd card for our February Cards To Go.  I am featuring the Forever Fern bundle this month.  The cards to go will have all the papers pre-cut and ready for you to assemble and stamp as you desire.  Take a look at the video to see how I assembled it, but feel free to exercise your own creativity as you assemble yours.


There are 6 cards total in the kit.  Three each of three different designs.  Stay tuned for the 3rd card in this series.  The kits are $15 (plus $3 postage if mailed) including all the paper supplies you need.  Just add glue and ink.  These cards are free with a $50 order.  If you place a $50 order, I will mail out this bit of happy mail to you.  Also, it's still Sale-a-bration til the end of February, so you will be able to choose a free item from the Sale-a-bration brochure.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
